En la vida todo tiene un principio y un final, pero prefiero decir un después u otra etapa.

EL DARDO Coctelería Café llega a su fin, probablemente es la coctelería más antigua de España con el mismo  Barman (Chicho), y si no fuera así, son 49 años al servicio del cliente.

No es una despedida como persona, diría que es la tercera fase de la vida, y como ésta bonita Hostelería es una profesión de servicios donde los hosteleros hacemos una labor social como punto de encuentro de familias y  amigos, ya me toca estar en el lado contrario con mi familia, con mi pareja Carmen y con mis amigos.

He dedicado unos años más de la edad de jubilación a esta coctelería porque es muy difícil terminar un negocio donde han pasado cinco generaciones y donde muchos clientes con una copa o un cóctel de Chicho han tomado decisiones importantes en su vida, cariño que he recibido de la mayoría de esta clientela fiel durante tanto tiempo.

También se ha alargado el tiempo por la enseñanza a mi hijo, al cuál le doy las gracias por haberme escuchado, aguantado, algunas discusiones y por los golpes que me ha quitado, ha merecido la pena, también parte de culpa la ha tenido una sociedad firme y segura que se creó en el año 1976.

Gracias, a esa clientela que ha hecho posible que exista la coctelería EL DARDO durante 49 años al servicio del cliente, a todos los colaboradores, a todos mis trabajadores, especialmente a algunos y ellos saben los que son, a todos los negocios de la Costilla y compañeros hosteleros, a todas las empresas de reparto, personas que me han tratado muy bien donde todos nos hemos ganado el respeto, a mis gestores que me han ayudado a hacer todo dentro de la legalidad y también al servicio y afecto que he recibido durante tantos años de la Policía  Local y Policía Nacional.

Seguiré colaborando en lo que pueda para que la cadena de esta bonita profesión que es la HOSTELERÍA no se rompa.

Dado que Chicho ha tenido a muchos clientes internacionales, la carta que ha hecho llegar a este medio para despedirse, también la escribe en inglés

IT SEEMED LIKE IT WAS NEVER GOING TO ARRIVE

In life everything has a beginning and an end, but I prefer to say an after or another stage.

THE DARDO cocktail café comes to an end, it is probably the oldest cocktail bar in Spain with the same Barman (chicho), and if it were not like that, it would be 49 years at the service of the customer.

It is not a farewell as a person, I would say that it is the third phase of life, and as it is beautiful Hospitality is a service profession where hoteliers do social work as a point of I have to meet families and friends, I have to be on the opposite side with my family, with my partner Carmen and with my friends.

I have dedicated a few more years of retirement age to this cocktail bar because it is very difficult to finish a business where five generations have passed and where many customers with a drink or a cocktail of Chicho have made important decisions in their lives, affection that I have received from most of these clientele faithful for so long.

The time has also been extended by teaching my son, whom I thank for having given me listened to, endured, some arguments and for the blows it has taken from me, it has been worth it, too Part of the blame has been placed on a firm and secure society that was created in 1976.

Thanks to that clientele that has made it possible for the EL DARDO cocktail bar to exist for 49 years at the service of the client, to all the collaborators, to all my workers, especially to some and they know what are, to all the rib businesses and fellow hoteliers, to all the delivery companies, people who They have treated me very well where we have all earned respect, my managers who have helped me to make All within the law and also to the service and affection that I have received for so many years from the Municipal Police and national.

I will continue to collaborate in whatever way I can so that the chain of this beautiful profession that is the HOSPITALITY industry does not Break.
